Step.2

We take you to view the houses.
Feel free to ask anything and we sincerely help you to clear up any uncertainties.

Step.3

Then we move on to a contract.
After fixing the move-in date, we make a contract.

All you have to prepare for the contract are your seal stamp (or signature instead), and a photocopy of your ID.
After the contract is concluded, the Rent and Common service fee for the first month, and the Security deposit may have to be sent to the account before you move in. (The first month's rent will be pro-rated)

Step.4

You’ll start a new life there!
